He was predeceased by: his wife Jerri L. Darby. He is survived by: his parents, Walter Darby and Bonnie Darby of Lees Summit; his brother Douglas Darby; his son Gary Babich; his stepparents, Mckinney Tx and Eric Babich; and his grandchild Ashlynn Darby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
