She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Kenneth and Melba Evelyn Jenkins (Perkey); her siblings, Kenneth Jenkins, Katherine Jenkins and Sandra Luman (Jenkins); and her granddaughters, Nikki Garrett and Brittany Garrett.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur Garrett Sr. (Russ); and her children, Arthur Garrett Jr. (Linda), Kenneth Garrett Sr. (Kelli), Charles Garrett (Kimberly), Robert Garrett (Jenny) and Deborah Waits (Dennis Waits). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
