He is survived by: his mother Margaret Fox; his wife Sue Moore; his children, Michael Moore and Megan Ferrell; his sister Chris Smith (Steve); and his grandchildren, Breckin Moore, Ryleigh Moore, Baylee Ferrell and Chloe Ferrell.
