He is survived by: his mother Frances Leitner of Cleveland; his sisters, Dawn Anderson (Kenneth) of Cleveland and Jennifer Douglass (Christopher) of Cleveland; his nieces and nephews, Ryan Burge (Brad), Hilary Barrett (Tim), Jessica Pearce (Shawn), Justin Douglass and Joy Douglass; and his great-nieces, Chase, Harleigh, Christina and Blaze.
