With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Oieta McKinney (Independence, Missouri), born in Batesville, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 15, 2024 at the age of 96. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Woodford Luster and Fannie Bell Luster (Harmon); her husband Bill McKinney; her daughter Linda Vaughn; her siblings, Merle Blackwell, Ludean Lawson, George Luster and Bill Luster; and her sons-in-law, Dale Christopher, Jim Rincker, Charles Vaughn and Mark Spaun.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Christopher, Billy McKinney (Candy), Connie Rincker (Glenn Glasco) and Teresa Spaun. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
