With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Louise Payne (Independence, Missouri), who passed away on September 22, 2024 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gardner and Lula Gardner. She is survived by: her husband Henry Alfred Shelton; her daughter Janice L Wilder (Carl); her grandchildren, Jalen L Wilder, Eric M Mann, Dana E Mann (Julia), Christopher C Wilson (Michelle), Amy L Wilson (Dan Toico), Tim and Matt Huckaby; her son-in-law Richard E Wilson; and also, Frank D. Payne, Patricia Louise Wilson, Linda Kay Mann and Maurine Elizabeth Woods. She is also survived by great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newcomer's Noland Road Chapel (509 S Noland Rd, Independence, MO 64050). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
