He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. West and Sylvia A. West (Rush); and his siblings, Mable I. Crismon and Lloyd E. West. He is survived by: his wife Judith A West; his children, Stephen L. West (Jill), Stephanie A. West, Cheryl L. West, Sylvia R. Dodson (John) and April D. Hartman; and his stepchildren, Stanley E. Adkins (Beverly), Cynthia L. Sprenger (Don) and Brenda Adkins. He is also survived by 11 Grand Children and 16 Great Grandchildren.
