He is survived by: his children, Michael Evert Smith, Michelle Renee Summers and Stephen Lee Smith; his stepdaughter Kathy Arnette; and his niece Linda Stewart (James). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; extended family and dear friends.
