He is survived by: his son Messiah Ratliff; his parents, Tara Wilkins (Charles "Vinny") and Jeremy Ratliff (Brittany Moss); his siblings, Jacob Ratliff, Vincent Wilkins, Anthony Wilkins, Giovanni Wilkins and Elliana Ratliff; his grandparents, Carolyn DeWitt, Thomas DeWitt, Jr., Matthew, Linda Rittermeyer, Mark and Paula Taylor; his great-grandparents, Thomas DeWitt, Sr. and Joanne Taylor; his aunts and uncles, Elyssa DeWitt, Sally Taylor, Zachary DeWitt and Lee Taylor; and his cousins, Emma Watkins, Ava DeWitt, Bella DeWitt, Dominick Taylor, Taylor Garcia and Gabby Ross. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055).
