She is survived by: her parents, James Luther and Lillie Howard Payne; her husband Don; her children, Joan Leuty, Dan Breshears (Sherry), Donna Breshears and Sharon Breshears; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Leuty-Winningham (Allen), Cindy Martin (Justin), Gregory Breshears (Traci), Melanie Leuty-Blackwell (Tim), Cassandra Schmittel (Eric), Sophia, Miles, Alice, Colby, Taylor, James, Turner, Bailey and Austin.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to Alzheimer's research or hospice.
