With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elvira Yzquierdo (Independence, Missouri), born in Eagle Pass, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2024 at the age of 77. She is survived by: her siblings, Maria Carter-Malina (John Malina) of Taylor, Reymundo Yzquierdo of Independence, Isidro Yzquierdo Jr. (Joyce) and Oralia Short (Tommy) of Independence; her niece Kellie Wzorek (Joey); her great-niece Chloe' of Colorado Springs; and her nephew Matthew Short of Blue Springs.
