She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gomer Evan and Viola B. Maitland (Phillips); her children, Paulette Baker Eubanks (Bennie) of Independence, MO, Charles R. Palmer (Jennifer) of Independence, MO, Sharon Palmer Hamm (Eric) of Joshua Tree, CA and Marjorie Palmer Mayo (Karl) of Independence, MO; her brothers, Samuel A. Maitland of Independence, MO and J. Arthur Maitland of Independence, MO; her husband Paul K. Palmer; her brother Gomer Enoch Maitland; and her grandson Jameson A. Piedimonte. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Donations may be made in her name to the South Crysler Restoration Branch youth department, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or Outreach International.
