She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Martin Tuttle Sr. and Ollie Adeline Russ Tuttle; her husband John Paul Leonard; her siblings, Martin Tuttle, Marlin Tuttle, Juanita Tuttle, Flossie Canard, Marcellie Griffith and Alta Faye Crews; her granddaughters, Laura Decker and Kathleen Cress; and her son-in-law Nickolas Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Decker (Terry), Stanley Leonard (Karen) and Terry Hargreaves; her caregiver Patricia Cress (Larry); and her daughter Martha Miller. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends, and countless bonus family members.
