It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Trotter of Independence, Missouri, born in Onawa, Iowa, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Olo Arnold and Arnold Kelly Tillis; her husband William M. Trotter; her children, Kathleen J. Tobin, Steve Miller and Patricia Bruegmann; and her sisters, Joan and Ardell.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Sundberg; and her children, Michael W. Trotter, Daniel W. Trotter, Brian K. Trotter and Laurie A. Trotter. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
