He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Schieber and Eleanor Schieber (Lager); his wife JoAnn Schieber (Wolfer); his son Mark; and his sister Bea Rogers.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jenny Mitchell of Shawnee, KS, Mary Kilburn (Ricky) of Grain Valley, MO and Lori Kilburn (Rob) of Grain Valley, MO.; his granddaughters, Heather Richberg (Steve), Brandy Mitchell, Courtney Medearis (Joseph), Morgan Huttinger (Alex), Makenna Kilburn and Kasey Kilburn; and his great grandchildren, Steven and Jaden Richberg.
