She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward L. Smith and Elizabeth Smith; and her brothers, Richard Smith and Edward Smith. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth; her daughters, Jodi Wynn (Jerry) and Kimberly Miller (Kent Morris); her grandchildren, Nicole Darby (Brad), Dana Blum (Ashley), Sean Gaulter (Kim), Jonathan Miller (Toni) and Jeremy Miller; and her siblings, Joan Wade and Joseph Smith. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
