He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Fields and Ruby Fields; and his brother Norman Fields. He is survived by: his wife Georganna; his children, Steve Fields (Cheryl) and Michelle Hibler; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Threadgill (Logan) and Michaela Hibler; and his great grandchildren, Kaisley and Willow.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, a charity that was very important to Doug.
