She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Winegar and Lucille Winegar; and her siblings, Charles Hoban, Ammon Winegar, Robert Winegar and Jean Snyder.
She is survived by: her husband Wilbert Heather; her children, Sharon Bauer (Brent), John Heather (Margie) and Esther Heather; her grandchildren, Charlene O'Neal, Angela Wiedner, Jason Bauer (Kimberley), John Heather Jr. and Ellen Payne; and her great great grandchildren, Waylin, Oaklee and Wyott Bevington.
