She was predeceased by: her husband John Harlan Rasa; her daughter Deanna Bodenhamer; her parents, Roy Thomas and Gene Thomas; and her sisters, Mary Lovell, Wilma Greek, Thelma Rhoades, Velma Plotner and Sue Rhoades.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Rasa (Alicia Shankland) of Bothell, WA and Brenda Rasa (Roger Kern) of Livingston, TX; her siblings, Connie Gorges of Wichita, KS, John Thomas of Thornton, CO and Maggie Thomas of Pueblo, CO; her grandchildren, Joshua, Marie Bodenhamer, Chad Murphy, Ashley Mullins, John, Coral Bodenhamer and Hope Rasa; and her great grandchildren, Kayden, Kendahl, Kilee, Jacob, Lucas, Lily, Emma and Calvin.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to either the Trinity United Church of Christ or to Children's Mercy Hospital.
