Dora Ballantyne Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2024, at the age of 94, Dora Ballantyne (Independence, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Dora farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Dora is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David William Cook and Goldie Mae Palmer Cook; her sisters, Darlene and Lorene; her sons, Mark, Winn and Drew; her husband Bob; and her sister Landa. She was also cherished by her sons' requests, just as her moms.
