She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Holloway and Grace Holloway (Sportsman); her husband Billy Joe Milligan; and her siblings, Doris Border, Beverly Harrison, Thomas Holloway, Barbara Jones and Herman Richardson.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Milligan (Tracey) of Lexington, MO, Thomas Milligan (Angie) of Wellington, MO and Todd Milligan (Charlene) of Independence, MO; her grandchildren, Matthew Milligan (Jessica), Tanner Milligan (Candra), Lindsey Aston (Caleb), Anna Milligan and Lucy Milligan; and her sisters, Pat Hale and Phyllis Paul.
