He was predeceased by: his parents, James Collins and Mary Collins (Suer); his wife Martha Collins (Smith); and his brothers, Jim Collins, Bill Collins, Mickey Collins and Edward Collins.
He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Collins (Brenda) and Kevin Collins; and his siblings, Patrick Collins, Richard Collins and Mary Schultz. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; a large extended family and many friends.
