It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deloris A Smock of Independence, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Kansas, who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry C. Addison and Almeda Darling Addison (Mennis); her former husband Joe Smock; her son Greg Smock; and her siblings, Louise Howie, Lois Hoffman, Henry "Junior" Addison and Mildred Manning.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph M. Smock; her sister Mary Winchell; and her children, Deb Parks (Larry), Jeff Smock (Diane), Susie Dolan (Tim) and Bruce Smock (Vicki). She is also survived by five grandchildren, one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.

The family requests that all guests wear a mask, this will be enforced.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation to your favorite charity.
