It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert Melvin Miller Sr. of Independence, Missouri, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Miller and Lenora Miller (Garrison); his daughter-in-law Frances Miller; his grandchildren, Rebecca Curtis and Dakota Stukes; and his siblings, Lenora Robbins and John Miller.
He is survived by: his former spouse Jonelda Petesch; his wife Jo Miller; his sons, Delbert Miller, Jr. of Breckenridge and Larry Miller; and his sisters, Geraldine Broadway of Georgia and Virginia Hosman of Blue Springs, Missouri. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
