She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Blount; her parents, Billy Smith and Carol Smith (Rogers); her brother William Smith; and her son-in-law Kevin Seckel.

She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Sapp (Dustin) and Kelly Seckel (Scott Shanks); her grandson Finnley (Zach Sapp); her sister Terri Meadows; and her pets, Ellie Mae and Toby. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
