Though Deanna Raye may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob E. Wishon; and her parents, Ray Valentine and Etta Valentine (DeFoor). She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Pickett (Eric) and Jennifer Dunnaway (Brian); her grandchildren, Paige Pickett and Chase Dunnaway; and her close friend Ron Fornelli. She is also survived by extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Washington Cemetery (614 S Brookside Ave, Independence, MO 64053).
