He is survived by: his children, Ghale DeShazo and Jeremy Maudlin; his stepson Scottie Hamlin; his grandchildren, Cayson DeShazo, Caleb, Collin and Raven Hamlin; and his siblings, Dennis Maudlin, Donnie Maudlin and Jenny Lohman.
