It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrell Eugene Driskell of Independence, Missouri, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Driskell and Joyce Driskell; his sister Julie Douglas; and his sister-in-law Kim Driskell. He is survived by: his wife Kelli; his sons, Zachary of Independence, MO and Aaron; his daughter-in-law Katrina; his granddaughter Rowyn of Oak Grove, MO; his sister-in-law Arlene of Lee's Summit, MO; his brother Kevin; and his siblings-in-law, Becky of Grain Valley, MO and Curt Douglas of Lee's Summit, MO. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 14 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Van Horn High School Alumni Association and American Diabetes Association.
