He is survived by: his parents, Michael Evans of Kansas City and Carolyn Harris; his wife Breanna Evans; his daughter Chloe Evans; his stepfather Geoff Young of Easton, KS; his sisters, Stephanie Edemann of Kansas City, MO and Jacquelin Ohl of Sunny Vale, CA; and his grandmother Mary Evans of Lathrop, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Breanna Evans to help with final expenses.
