He is survived by: his children, David Craig (Debbie) of Independence, MO and Deena Slinkard of Independence, MO; his grandchildren, David Jr. (Anna), Emily (Vince), Melissa (Mike), Destiny (Ben), JJ and Sklyer; his great grandchildren, Wren and Ellis; and his pet Max.
