She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Herbert and Claudine Herbert (Bickford). She is survived by: her children, David Zehr (Nicole) and Dana Shields; her grandchildren, Ethan, Morgan, Cameron, Emma and Madison; her brother David Herbert (Tracey); and her pet Dachshund.
The family suggest contributions to be made to Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care in Cindy's honor.
