He is survived by: his children, Ryan Evans (Jessie) of Independence, MO and Brandon Evans (Heather) of Independence, MO; his mother Mary Lou Evans of Independence, MO; his siblings, Jeff Evans (Larissa) of Blue Springs, MO, Becky Thomas of Independence, MO and Debbie Gardener (Jerry) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Delsie, Brinlee, Asher, Waylan, Aavely, Damion, Scarlett and Autum; and his girlfriend Jeri Ward.
