It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Craig Grindstaff of Independence, Missouri, who passed away on September 28, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Rolland Grindstaff; his grandparents, Ruth, Carl Longfellow, Meda and Lester Grindstaff; his uncles, Ken Hebensperger, Bob Smith, Dean Grindstaff and Charles Scroggie; and his cousins, Joe Scroggie and Brent Smith.

He is survived by: his mother Linda Grindstaff; his brother Kyle; his niece Katy Waddell (Nick); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayleigh, Morgan, Alex and Lucas; and his aunts and uncles, Alice Longfellow, Julia Day (Dean), Paul Longfellow (Anita), Jerry, Kathy Longfellow, Bea Scroggie, Sherry Hebensperger and Ann Grindstaff.

A memorial fund has been established in his name to be decided.
