She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Turner and Jennie Turner. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Middleton; her brothers, John Turner, R. Joe Turner and Charles Turner; her children, Bryan Middleton (Dee) and Donna Thompson (Seth Howard); her granddaughters, Amanda Aidnik (Jeff), Marissa Middleton, Katie Teevan (Kyle) and Jennie Poe (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Kailey Middleton, Andrew Middleton, Owen Aidnik, Eli Aidnik, Alexander Poe, Calista Teevan and Seth Teevan.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Gideons International, Samaritan's Purse International Relief, and the City Union Mission Family Center.
