He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Repp of Washington, David Repp of Colorado and Ethan Repp of Washington; his grandchildren, Avery Repp and Luke Repp; his brother Carl; and his sister-in-law Debbie Repp of Centerview, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces, grandnephews, and grandniece.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to the Missouri Council for the Blind or the Missouri School for the Blind in care of Williams Funeral Chapel.
