He is survived by: his wife Billy; his brother Victor Poulter (Pat); his children, David Poulter (Ginny) and Brenda Brubaker (Jeff); and his stepchildren, Stephanie Parker and Mike Resch. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
