He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McNeal and Deborah McNeal. He is survived by: his children, Callie McNeal, Peyton McNeal and Bailey McNeal of Raytown; his siblings, Shaun McNeal of Higginsville, Brian McNeal of Independence and Amber (BJ Welsh); and his nieces and nephews, Jared, Brandon McNeal, Zane, Connor Welsh, Haley McNeal and Brooklyn Welsh. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
