He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl Lewis; and his brother Jason Willis. He is survived by: his wife Holly Lewis (Plummer); his sons, Jerl Lewis, Landen Lewis and Jason Lewis; and his siblings, Dennis Allen (Nikki) and Tabitha Allen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and very close friends.
