She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edward "Buster" and Jewell Laura Duff Spears; her husband Barney Goddard; her sister Lois June Davidson; and her daughter Laura McKinney.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Burke of Kansas City, Tracy Goddard of Marble Hill, Missouri and Joe Goddard of Independence, Missouri; her brother Gary Spears (Sue) of Lawrence, Kansas; her sister-in-law Neta Browning of Butler, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Morgan Burke, Matthew Burke (Shannon), Patrick Burke (Cassie), Toni Burke, Sarah Birch (Bradley), Chelsea Spencer (Mathew Wells), Brandon Harris, Tiffany Harris and Rachael Harris. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
