It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Marie Waggoner (Independence, Missouri), who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merritt Finn and Marie Finn; and her siblings, Jim Finn, Bette Douglas, Tom Finn, Mike Finn and Rita.
She is survived by: her husband David; her daughters, Kara Starlin (Joe) and Erin Hitsman (Tim); her grandchildren, Daniel Austin Taylor and Jordyn Taylor; her siblings, Maureen Hentz, Karen Edwin and Gary Finn (Joan); and her grandson Devin Taylor. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
