He is survived by: his wife Susan Casteel (McBride); his children, Cody Casteel, Daniel Casteel, Denise, Tony Metoyer, Michael, Marie Beauchamp and Hayden Sapp; his grandchildren, Jordan Casteel, Hailey Hendrix, Skyler Lucas Casteel, Kristannie Casteel, Teesha Driver, Ashley (Matt Koepkey), Jenna Gorsline and Skylar Dawn Beauchamp; and his great grandchildren, Conlon Elliott, Allison Koepkey, Brooklyn Koepkey, Caden Koepkey and Lonnie Lee Pierce.
