She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Spears and Marjorie Spears; and her husband Dee Pitts. She is survived by: her daughters, Vicky Brisco (Rich) and Sharon Alexander (Rick); her grandchildren, Haley, Brandon (Alicia), Jessica (Nathan) and Jason; and her great grandchildren, Jayden, Wyatt, Weston and Della. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Floral Hills East Cemetery (25203 E US Hwy 50, Lee's Summit, MO 64086).
