He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth JoAnn Bloss; his children, Billy DeWayne Bloss, Elizabeth Annette Horner and Brenda Kay Lester; his grandchildren, Andrew Horner, Jeff Horner, TJ Horner, Kaci Bennett, Richard Meneses, Govanna Meneses, Jessica Workman and Jacob Lester; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Vee Horner, Avery Horner, Ari Horner, Bubba, Oaklan Bennett, Nash Bennett, Ines Conejo, Rodrigo Gutierrez and Nellie Meneses. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
