He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leroy and Mary Louise Hatley (Felton); and his siblings, Lenward Hatley, Johnny Hatley, Melba Brim and Wanda Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Hatley; his daughters, Tonya McBride, Michelle Kiayani and Joy Garner; his son-in-law Randy Garner; his grandson Austin Garner; and his sister Linda Doss. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
