He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Drye Botard (Elton) of Thayer, Missouri; his granddaughter Samantha Whiteside (Devin) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his great grandchildren, Christian of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Cole of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Connor of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Camden of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Chase of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Charlotte Whiteside of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins; other relatives; and many friends.
