She was predeceased by: her parents, William Huffaker and Zada Huffaker (Yeatts); and her husband Russell Monaco Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Jacquelyn Duvall (Ron), Russell Monaco Jr., Gerald Monaco (Victoria) and Patricia Monaco; and her grandchildren, Nicole Taylor (Gustavo Quintero), Jeremy Monaco (Christina), Joseph Monaco (Tiffany Hibbs) and Danielle Podraza (Josh).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association in memory of Billie.
