She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Eugene Maples and Evelyn Lucille Maples (Palmer); and her brother Norman "Buck" Maples. She is survived by: her brother Matthew Maples (Marsha) of Independence, MO; her children, Melissa Reynolds of Bentonville, AR and Christof Berger (LeAnn O'Neal Berger) of Cameron Park, CA; her grandchildren, Nick Reynolds (Kelsey) of Joplin, MO, Andrea Villa (Austin) of Bentonville, AR and Cassie Reynolds of Portland, OR; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Malachi and Abram. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She made many creations for family and loved ones, regularly knitted hats for newborns in the NICU, especially the American Heart Association, and also knitted slippers for various women's shelters in the area.
