It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly L. Perkins of Independence, Missouri, who passed away on May 12, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Reynolds and Corinne Reynolds (Humphrey); and her brother Fred Reynolds Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Dave Perkins; her sister Barb Griffitt; her children, David Holsapple and Debi Jurkovac (Joe); her grandchildren, Josh Boling (Wendy), Samantha Squires (Seth), Daniel Holsapple, Jayme Mahon (JD), David Towers, Jessica Jurkovac, Audrey Perkins and Andrew Perkins; her great grandchildren, Realynn, Darcy, Isabell and Liam; her niece Delisa; and her nephew Rob.
