She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Dostal and Rudolph Dostal; her husband Owen Anthony; her brothers, Richard and Rudy Dostal; and her grandson Michael Anthony.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Anthony (Tami) of Stockton, MO, Darrell Anthony (Virginia) of Lee's Summit, MO and Doug Anthony (Becky) of Oskaloosa, IA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousin's, friends and other extended family.
