She is survived by: her daughter Matriarch; her husband Donald Lee Underwood; her daughters, Gail Porter (David), Barbara Simon (Joe), Linda Chapman (Dale), Patricia Baker and Denise Duncan (Brett); her grandchildren, Corey Chapman, Spenser Simon, Seth Duncan, Chelsea Duncan-Wilkins, Colton Chapman, Samuel Baker and Jameson Baker; and her great grandchildren, Haven Blankenship-Duncan, Willow Chapman, Liam Wilkins, Layton Wilkins and Levy Wilkins. She is also survived by friends in school, she met the love of her life.
